Introducing… The Studio!

So we’re about halfway there! Hooray!

I spent the better part of my morning Monday setting all the equipment up. The only things left are getting the headphones in (which are due tomorrow), some chairs, a nice table cloth, and some sort of padding on the walls to prevent echo. Echo isn’t a problem when one is solo, but three people in the room will indeed cause some issues. I’m probably gonna just hang some nice, cheap blankets up, and I’m thinking two or three should be enough, mostly to just cover the two corners on either side of the door. My hope is that with us filling in some of the extra empty space with chairs and closing off the empty space under the table (somewhat) with a tablecloth, the echo won’t be an issue, or at least be a noticeable issue after editing.

Anyway, here are some of the pictures I took and posted on Facebook shortly after finishing the setup.

We’re getting there, guys. This is really happening. 😀
